Service Providers

We use these third parties to run the Service. Each receives only what it needs for its job:

• Discord: sign-in (your Discord ID, username and avatar) and the servers where the bot runs. Discord's own privacy policy applies to your use of Discord.
• Stripe: card and subscription payments. Stripe collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number, only the payment reference and amount.
• Resend: transactional email, such as payment receipts and account notices, sent to the address on your account.
• Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and email routing for this website and our support inbox, plus Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and performance without cookies or cross-site tracking.
• tibiamaps.io: the Tibia map on the bosses page. It loads only when you open a boss's map, straight from tibiamaps.io into your browser, so it receives your IP address and browser details. We send it no referrer, and nothing about your account or server.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this Privacy Policy:

Cookies and Tracking

If you arrive through a creator's referral link, we set one cookie that holds only that link's code and the date you visited, for up to 60 days. When you sign in, your account is marked as referred by that creator and the cookie is deleted. Creators see counts only — never who you are or which servers you run.

Advertising and Google

We may run Google Ads campaigns to promote Lemon Bot. To measure them, this website can load a Google tag that sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and sends Google information such as the pages you visit, your IP address and your device. Google may use it to show you ads on other sites and to measure whether an ad led to a visit or install.

When you arrive from one of our ads, we keep the ad's click ID in your browser for up to 90 days and pass it on when you sign in with Discord. If that sign-in, a server you add the bot to, or that server's premium payments came from the ad, we send Google the click ID, what happened and when, and the amount paid — nothing else about you. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask before the tag may use cookies and keep nothing unless you accept; you can change your answer at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.

You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Google Ad Settings (adssettings.google.com), or block or delete cookies in your browser. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
