About Lemon Bot

Lemon Bot is a Discord bot and web dashboard for Tibia players and guilds. It posts death and level feeds, tracks allied and hunted characters and guilds, and coordinates guild wars from inside Discord. It is operated by Zandiel (Lemon Bot). By adding the bot to a server or signing in to the dashboard you agree to these terms.

What Lemon Bot is not

Lemon Bot is not a Tibia botting, macro or cheat program. It never runs on your computer, never reads or interacts with the Tibia game client, and never automates gameplay. It only reads publicly available information from tibia.com and posts it to Discord. Lemon Bot is an independent fansite, not affiliated with or endorsed by CipSoft GmbH. Tibia is a trademark of CipSoft GmbH.

Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Do not abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, and do not use it to harass people. We may remove the bot from a server or restrict access if these terms are broken.

Premium and payments

The free tier has no expiry. Premium is sold as day packs and monthly or yearly subscriptions, paid by card through Stripe or in Tibia Coins, and every new server gets 14 days of premium free. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time on the Billing page and premium then ends at the close of the period already paid for.

Refunds

If you paid by card and are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full through Stripe, without needing a reason. After 14 days we review requests case by case, for example a duplicate charge or a service failure. Tibia Coin payments are made in-game and are refunded only if we caused the error. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

Availability and liability

The Service depends on tibia.com, Discord and other third parties, so feeds can be delayed or unavailable. It is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.
